Returns Policy

Terms & Conditions:

Bikes – unless faulty, a returned bike must be as new and un-ridden – Please ensure that the size is correct and that you are happy with your bike before riding it.

Bikes must be returned to us in the original box, with all protective internal packing still in place on the bike to protect it from scratches and damage. The box must be re-sealed securely to fully-protect the bike on its return journey.

If accessories have been fitted to the bike, then it is no longer new and in a saleable condition, so you will not be able to return it to us unless it is faulty.

You will need to pay the cost of returning goods to us and the following will apply:

Bikes – A £25 charge will be applied. We will arrange a courier to collect the bike from you.

Accessories – these can be mailed directly to us at the address below, but you must have a completed returns form and we would recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.

Damaged Bikes

In the rare case that your bike is faulty or damaged in transit then it can be returned to Raleigh free of charge and a replacement will be provided.

If you purchased the bike online via click and collect then we advise you take the bike back to the shop used for delivery and they will arrange a replacement to be provided.

If the bike has been delivered direct to your home then call our customer services team and they will be happy to arrange a replacement being sent out and to collect the original product.
