Direct Purchases

We are currently unable to sell direct to the Republic of Ireland and haven't been able to since 1st January 2021. If you bought your bike direct from us before this date and are having problems we can still help. Simply get in touch with our Customer Service team and they’ll be happy to help.

Returns to a store

All of our stores have their own returns policies. If you have a problem with your bike, please get in touch with the store you purchased from and they can help.
