Something on your mind? We love hearing from fellow cyclists, and our dedicated customer service reps are on-hand to answer any questions you might have.

COVID-19 update

Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, we are currently experiencing a high volume of requests and have a limited number of customer support reps available. As such, it may take up to five working days to return your message, so please bear with us.

If you have a query or need help from our consumer services team, please only submit one message, either via our contact form or social media. Submitting multiple enquiries may result in your query taking longer to respond to.

Thank you for your patience.

General enquiries

For advice about products, maintenance, your warranty, or anything else in the realm of cycling, pop down to your local Raleigh store. Our stockists are experts in all things Raleigh, and they’ll be able to help you out with whatever you need. You might also find the information that you’re looking for in one of our articles.

Can’t get to a store? Fill in our online form, and one of our customer service reps will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can find our quick start guides and manuals via the Raleigh manuals page.

Trade enquiries

If you own a bike shop, or are looking to open one – awesome. We can’t wait to work with you. You can apply for your very own Raleigh account by emailing sales@raleigh.co.uk or calling 01773 532600. Please note, we won’t respond to customer enquiries sent to this address.

Information on old Raleigh bikes

We’ve been making bikes since 1887 – which is pretty cool, when you think about it. So it’s no surprise that we get a lot of questions about older bike models. Unfortunately, the records for most of our old bikes are held by Nottinghamshire County Council, and we can’t easily access them.

Although we can’t answer questions about our vintage bikes, we’re thrilled to be able to recommend some people who can:
