With Raleigh you have two options: Cyclescheme or Electric Bike Access. Below you can see how both of these schemes work.
Electric Bike Access is Raleigh’s cycle to work scheme, where you can sign up, shop and save 42% online with the option of home delivery or click and collect into one of our retailers. Choose from our brands Raleigh, Haibike and Lapierre.
It works like this:
Step 1 - Refer your employer or sign up your business
Sign up your business quickly and easily with our short online forms. The process only takes a few minutes and we can setup an account on the same day.
Step 2 - Login and shop online
Once your employer is signed up we will send you details of how to login. From here you can make an order online and submit to your employer. Use our savings calculator to work out your total savings and exact monthly payments.
All the agreements are signed online so its fast and hassle free.
Once your employer approves, we will deliver the bike to your home address or you can click and collect into one of our partner retailers.
Step 3 - Easy ownership
When your Hire Agreement and salary sacrifice ends, you can keep your bike by entering into an extended hire agreement which is totally free, after this period you will own the bike. We will notify you of your options when the agreement is coming to an end.

Step 1 - Shop
Use the savings calculator to choose the package that is right for you, this will tell you exactly how much each bike is at full retail price, your total savings and the exact monthly payment so you never have an un-budgeted expense.
Once you have chosen the products and the amount you want to spend for Cyclescheme simply speak to your employer to get your Cyclescheme unique employer code and visit cyclescheme.co.uk to request a certificate.
When your employer approves your request, Cyclescheme will send a certificate to you.
Step 2 - Get your package
Simply email your order, delivery address and certificate details to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm, complete and dispatch your order.
Step 3 - Choose your ownership options
When your Hire Agreement and salary sacrifice ends, you can keep your Cyclescheme package by making a small additional payment.
Cyclescheme will contact you regarding ownership options at the end of your Hire Agreement. Participants on standard schemes tend to save between 25% and 35% when they use our recommended ownership option.
