Following recent announcements by Babboe, we have identified that, at this time, we cannot guarantee that the two models of our cargo bike range, that share a Babboe platform, meet the safety requirements set. 

 Defects in the frame and/or other parts of the cargo bike may be present, which could lead to safety risks resulting in serious injuries.  

 The following cargo bike models are involved:  

  Raleigh/Babboe Pro Trike XL  

 Babboe-Raleigh strongly advises consumers to stop using their Pro Cargo bikes with immediate effect.   

 Please note, the family cargo bikes, the Raleigh Stride Cargo Bike and Cargo Trike are not affected by this recall. 

 In conjunction with Babboe, we are conducting an in-depth investigation into the possible causes of these safety risks and are also working on solutions to eliminate them.  

 If you own one of the Raleigh models listed above, please visit www.checkyourframe.co.uk to register your bike, supplying the frame number, along with your contact details so you can be contacted about next steps and appropriate redress actions including potential recall.
