How to purchase by finance

Purchasing through the V12 finance scheme has never been easier. Simply select the product you want, add it to your basket and when ready proceed to the checkout. You’ll then need to either log in or register an account. Once you're logged in you'll need to confirm delivery, enter your postcode or select your nearest store for collection and confirm your details. Click 'Continue' after each step. At the payment options stage click 'Pay by Finance'. This will take you to V12 Finance so you can be approved for credit.

3. We’ll let you know when your product arrives in store. Remember to bring proof of ID and your order confirmation

Click and Collect not only allows you to collect your new purchase when it suits you, but our dealers will ensure your bike is built correctly and help with any questions you have, all free of charge! Ensuring your safety and satisfaction is of upmost importance at Raleigh and we understand that buying a new bike can come with many questions, so we make sure all our dealers have the latest product and safety information so you can ride out of store happy and safe.

For security reasons you must bring along your order confirmation before the retailer will let you take your purchases. The retailer will either stamp your confirmation or give you a dated receipt to acknowledge that your purchases have been collected. If you are unable to print off the confirmation you will be required to take the order number along with proof of identification.

Hub gear systems have reduced maintenance and are more weather proof than derailleur gears however you’ll get a wider gearing range with traditional derailleurs and can maintain them yourselves if you’re a dab hand at bike DIY-ing.
