Raleigh is open for business, but our services and those of our partners have been affected by COVID-19 and Brexit. Follow this page to see the latest updates.

Update: 25th January 2021

Due to the customs clearance issues caused by Brexit we are currently unable to ship orders to the Republic of Ireland. We are working to get this resolved as soon as possible.

You can still buy your Raleigh bike from your local dealer. In line with government guidelines around Covid-19, bike shops remain open as essential stores. We recommend contacting the store before travelling as many are working on an appointment only basis. Upon arrival please vigilantly follow social distancing guidelines and any additional measures they have implemented.

We know people are relying on us for a safe method of transport during these times. Over the past few months we’ve increased our capacity to meet this extra demand and we’ll continue to do so to ensure orders are shipped and queries are responded to as quickly as possible. Home delivery: 3 working days lead time

  • For bikes: please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be built, safety checked and dispatched. You will receive an email from TNT when your bike leaves us, advising a delivery date.

  • For accessories: please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be safety checked and dispatched.
