Raleigh is open for business, but our services and those of our partners have been affected by COVID-19 and the increased demand for bikes and cycling accessories. Follow this page to see the latest updates.

Update of June 29th, 2020

Home delivery: 7 working days lead time

  • For bikes: please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be built, safety checked and dispatched. You will receive an email from TNT when your bike leaves us, advising a delivery date.

  • For accessories: please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be safety checked and dispatched.

Collect in Store: limited availability & 7 days working lead time

  • Many bicycle shops remain open whilst observing social distancing, however some stores have understandably taken the decision to close their doors.

  • You can see if your local store is accepting Collect in Store orders via our Store Locator.

  • Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered into the store.

  • The store will then build and inspect your bike

  • We recommend contacting the store of your choice to arrange an appropriate pick up time & vigilantly follow social distancing guidelines and any additional measures they have implemented.

  • Alternatively, you can get in touch via our Facebook or Twitter social media channels. PLEASE NOTE: all messages come through to the same system, so please only contact us via one method.

  • Unfortunately, it may take up to 3 working days to return your message.

We know people are relying on us for a safe method of transport during these times. Over the past few weeks we’ve increased our capacity to meet this extra demand and we’ll continue to do so to ensure orders are shipped and queries are responded to as quickly as possible.
