Returning an item collected in store

How it works

  1. Before contacting the store you collected your item(s) from: contact Customer Service via e-mail (support@raleigh.co.uk) or phone (+441773532691) to notify us of your return. Make sure you do this within 14 days from the collection date of your order. This is to ensure that your refund is issued successfully.

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a returns number.

  3. Return the bike to the store which you originally collected your item(s ) from.

  4. Raleigh will then liaise with our partner dealer who will repackage the product(s). Raleigh will also arrange collection from our partner dealer the next working day.

  5. Once the item(s) arrive with Raleigh they will be inspected and your refund will be issued within 3 working days.

Accessories

Non-faulty/ unwanted goods

  • Must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The return is not free of charge.

  • The goods should be:

    • Unused.

    • In a saleable condition.

    • In their original packaging with all labels still attached.

  • Ensure you do not affix any labels or tape directly to the product packaging, only the external shipping packaging.

  • Raleigh is entitled to refuse the return or deduct any reduced value because of the product not being in the above condition.

  • A refund will be usually issued within 5 working days after the items have been received in our warehouse.

Faulty items

  • Can be returned within 30 days of delivery. This is free of charge.

  • After examination in our warehouse to validate the product is faulty, a full refund will be issued.

  • The refund will be issued within 10 working days after the fault verification.

Returning a home delivery item

This is how it works

  1. Contact Customer Service via e-mail (support@raleigh.co.uk) or phone (+441773532691) to notify us of your return. Make sure you do this within 14 days from the delivery date of your order as determined by TNT delivery reports.

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a returns number and arrange a collection slot.

  3. Securely repackage your item(s) into their original packaging in time for the collection slot. If you are unable to repackage your product into its original packaging there will be a charge (£20 for bikes) to supply replacement packaging.

  4. TNT will collect the item(s) from you. After that it usually takes one working day for the products to be delivered to Raleigh.

  5. Once the item(s) arrive with Raleigh they will be inspected and your refund will be issued within 3 working days.

How does it work?

  1. When checking out, select 'Collect in Store' as your shipping method

  2. Fill in your postal code and select the most convenient dealer in the list

  3. Proceed to billing and finish your order

  4. The order will be processed and you will get an order confirmation with the details from the dealer

  5. An e-mail is also sent to the dealer with the customer information and the bike information

  6. The dealer will assemble your bike for free and contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time once the bike is ready

  7. For security: please print your order confirmation and bring it with you. If you are unable to print off the confirmation you will be required to take the order number along with proof of identification. The retailer will either stamp your confirmation or give you a dated receipt to acknowledge that your purchases have been collected.

  8. You can collect your bike in store!

How does it work?

  1. When checking out, select 'Home delivery' as your shipping method

  2. Provide your address details

  3. Proceed to billing and finish your order

  4. Your bike will be fully built and PDI safety checked by our Cytech trained mechanics here at Raleigh

  5. After the bike has been built the handlebars will be loosened and turned to the side to allow the bike to fit in it's box

  6. TNT will deliver your bike to your home (tracking of your order will be provided by them)

  7. Attach ancillary items (such as pedals and baskets) and turn and tighten the handlebars of your bike (instructions are included, tools are not)

  8. Enjoy your ride!
