We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to facilitate and support the Marketing Department with administration and organisation duties to ensure correct marketing function, and to assist the Brand Teams and wider marketing function in all aspects of managing marketing campaigns across various channels that will help to deliver on key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Assist the brand managers in the delivery of key marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix.
Work with various members of the business to ensure marketing plans are delivered on time and in full.
Assist in generating content ideas and curate content from external sources.
Work across all bike brands to deliver on core marketing KPIs and deliver to business objectives.
Support the Digital Team with content and project planning to ensure cross team deadlines are achieved.
Assist in event planning and co-ordination and where required attend branded events.
Assist with the ongoing relationships with key external publications and agencies to deliver key business messaging.
Assist in the planning, developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
Support the marketing teams with writing copy for marketing collateral, including print, emails and websites.
Assist in producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
Assist in the ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
Taking ownership of the showroom appearance and internal event management.
Provide dealer support as required.
Manage the booking out and recovery of all sample / loan products.
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
Support the Marketing Team with the management of the Marketing credit card and processing of invoices for accounts.
Any other reasonable duties with the scope of the role.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Good attention to detail.
A desire to work within a forward thinking and dynamic marketing team.
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
A good knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
Excellent written skills.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
