We are currently able to provide a limited Click & Collect service. Many bicycle shops remain open whilst observing social distancing, whilst some stores have understandably taken the decision to temporarily close their doors. You can see if your local store is accepting Click & Collect orders via our Store Locator.
Upon selecting the Click & Collect delivery option, we recommend contacting your chosen local store to arrange an appropriate pick up time. Upon collection, please vigilantly follow social distancing guidelines and any additional measures implemented within the store.
What Delivery Options can I Choose From?
Direct Home Delivery:Direct home delivery means that your purchases will be sent directly to your door. If you choose to receive a bike through Direct Home Delivery your bike will be fully built and safety checked by our Cytech trained mechanics here at Raleigh.* Once the bike has been checked the handlebars will be loosened and turned to the side to allow the bike to fit in it's box.
Please note that ancillary items such as pedals and baskets are not attached before dispatch; you will be required to attach these items and turn and tighten the handlebars of your bike once the product arrives with you. All of our bikes come with instructions required to straighten the handlebars and fit the pedals. Note that you will require some tools to complete assembly.

Collect in Store:We understand that you might want to skip the hassle of completing the assembly of your bike and checking it for safety on your own. We have a network of independent cycle shops across the country who are experts at setting up bikes and providing all of the necessary safety checks so that your bike is ready to ride straight from the shop. This service is provided free of charge and the store will contact you directly, to arrange a convenient time for you to visit the store to collect your purchases.
For security reasons when using the collect in store delivery method you must show your order confirmation before the retailer will allow you to take your purchases. If you are unable to print off the confirmation you will be required to take the order number along with proof of identification. The retailer will either stamp your confirmation or give you a dated receipt to acknowledge that your purchases have been collected.
UK Delivery ChargesWe offer the following delivery options to UK Mainland Addresses:
Home Delivery - £1.99 or FREE on orders over £20Due to Covid-19 that it may take up to 14 working days to dispatch your bike.
Collect In Store - FREEPlease allow up to 7 working days for your item to arrive to the store. Time will then be needed for the bike build and inspection.
We recommend contacting your chosen local store to arrange an appropriate pick up time. Upon collection, please vigilantly follow social distancing guidelines and any additional measures implemented within the store.You can then contact the store to organise a suitable collection date.
*Please note, If you have placed an order for home delivery which includes a large number of bikes there may be a slight delay on your order to allow our mechanics sufficient time to build the bikes before dispatch.
**Please note, if this is a finance order, the finance agreement will need to be confirmed before 12 noon for next day delivery. The next day delivery service is provided by TNT and we cannot be held accountable if the delivery does not arrive on the next day.

Collect In Store – InternationalUnfortunately, we do not currently offer Collect in Store for stores outside of the United Kingdom.

We do not currently ship to any other overseas destinations; we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Collect In Store – Delivery TimesYou will need to allow additional time on top of the times quoted above for your goods to be available for collection from your selected Raleigh dealership. We recommend contacting your chosen local store to arrange an appropriate pick up time.
If you have ordered a bike the store will need this time to build the bike for you so that it is ready to ride. When your item is ready for collection the store will contact you directly using the contact details that you provided at the checkout.
What happens if I am not in when my purchases arrive?If you are not in when your purchases arrive a card will be put through your letterbox providing details of the courier's local depot. You can then contact the courier to arrange a time to pickup from them or re-deliver to your door.
Contact Detail Required for DeliveryYou will need to enter the name of the person receiving or collecting the bike at this stage and the address if you have chosen home delivery.
You will now need to confirm your billing address. Your billing address must match the address to which your credit/debit card is registered.
We ask for a telephone number should we or your retail partner need to contact you (for example to tell you that your bike is ready for collection). We also ask for your email address to send your order and payment confirmation.
Tracking a DeliveryWe do our very best to ensure that your purchases are delivered on time every time, however a delay may happen if our stock record is incorrect or in the unlikely event that our regular quality result in an item may be deemed unfit to send to you.

If you have not received your purchases within 30 days of the order date please contact us as soon as possible otherwise we cannot accept any responsibility for goods not received.
