Click and Collect with Raleigh enables you to shop in a way that suits you. Pick up your order from one of our Raleigh select dealers allows you to choose the most convenient store for you and allows you to collect at the best time for you, avoiding those missed delivery cards we all hate so much!

Raleigh Click and Collect couldn’t be easier:

1. Select the product you wish to purchase
2. Head to the check out and select your most convenient dealer
3. We’ll let you know when your product arrives in store. Remember to bring proof of ID and your order confirmation

Click and Collect not only allows you to collect your new purchase when it suits you, but our dealers will ensure your bike is built correctly and help with any questions you have, all free of charge! Ensuring your safety and satisfaction is of upmost importance at Raleigh and we understand that buying a new bike can come with many questions, so we make sure all our dealers have the latest product and safety information so you can ride out of store happy and safe.

For security reasons you must bring along your order confirmation before the retailer will let you take your purchases. The retailer will either stamp your confirmation or give you a dated receipt to acknowledge that your purchases have been collected. If you are unable to print off the confirmation you will be required to take the order number along with proof of identification.

Hub gear systems have reduced maintenance and are more weather proof than derailleur gears however you’ll get a wider gearing range with traditional derailleurs and can maintain them yourselves if you’re a dab hand at bike DIY-ing.
