Contact Customer Service via e-mail (support@raleigh.co.uk) or phone (+441773532691) to notify us of your return. Make sure you do this within 14 days from the delivery date of your order as determined by TNT delivery reports.
Our customer service team will provide you with a returns number and arrange a collection slot.
Securely repackage your item(s) into their original packaging in time for the collection slot. If you are unable to repackage your product into its original packaging there will be a charge (£20 for bikes) to supply replacement packaging.
TNT will collect the item(s) from you. After that it usually takes one working day for the products to be delivered to Raleigh.
Once the item(s) arrive with Raleigh they will be inspected and your refund will be issued within 3 working days.
Must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The return is not free of charge.
The goods should be:
Unused.
In a saleable condition.
In their original packaging with all labels still attached.
Ensure you do not affix any labels or tape directly to the product packaging, only the external shipping packaging.
Raleigh is entitled to refuse the return or deduct any reduced value because of the product not being in the above condition.
A refund will be usually issued within 5 working days after the items have been received in our warehouse.
Can be returned within 30 days of delivery. This is free of charge.
After examination in our warehouse to validate the product is faulty, a full refund will be issued.
The refund will be issued within 10 working days after the fault verification.
